Baked Salmon Sushi Bowl Recipe For Dinner

Are you looking for a recipe that will please everyone at the table? You’ve got to try this recipe. Baked salmon sushi bowls are an easy weeknight dinner recipe the whole family will love and it only takes 30 minutes to throw this together! First of all, this meal can be made either low-carb or high-carb with rice, I often do both! I make white or brown jasmine rice for my son and husband and I have cauliflower rice for mine. Also, if you don’t like salmon you could easily swap it out for wild-caught shrimp, other fish, or even chicken! Make sure you buy wild-caught sockeye salmon. This is the most nutrient-dense and doesn’t contain added dye or fillers. Feel free to customize this recipe by adding the vegetables your family likes and adding more or less spice! I promise this will be a new family favorite!

    Ingredients for the Salmon

    1. 1 pound wild-caught Sockeye Salmon

    2. 2 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce or Tamari

    3. 1 tsp. garlic powder

    4. 1 tsp. smoked paprika

    5. 1 tsp. onion powder

    6. 1 tsp chili powder

    7. 1 tsp. dried oregano

    8. 1 tbsp sesame seeds

    9. 1 tbsp. Avocado oil

Cube your salmon first, or cut it into filets. Massage all ingredients onto the salmon and let the fish come to room temperature. About 30 minutes. Preheat the air-fryer or oven to 400 degrees, and cook for about 8 minutes. Use a parchment-lined basket or pan for easy cleanup.

    For the Spicy Mayo

    1. 4 tbsp. Avocado Mayo

    2. Juice of ½ a lime

    3. 2 tbsp. rice vinegar

    4. 1 tbsp sriracha

    5. 1 tsp garlic powder, or 1 minced garlic clove

    Mix well, set aside.

Build it for a delicious, easy, weeknight dinner.

Feel free to use either Jasmine rice if you aren’t keeping low-carb, or cauliflower rice.

Add to your liking, sliced cucumbers, cooked kale or broccoli, carrots, avocado, and green onion!

Build your bowl with all ingredients, and top with salmon, and spicy mayo!
